Your supplier list, your client list, last year's projects, the product library you have been keeping in a spreadsheet, the price lists your suppliers send as PDFs, the business cards you photographed at the trade show. Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, text or photos, or a zip of them, up to twenty files at a time. No template to copy your data into first.
It works out what is what

Leopold's reads each sheet and works out what it holds and which column is the price, the code, the finish or the email. A PDF or a photo is read page by page, typed or scanned: a price list becomes its products and the supplier on its letterhead, linked. A client named on a project is linked to that client. A schedule comes in as a spec book on its project, room by room, its items matched to your catalogue where they are in it. A cover page or a totals sheet is set aside and shown to you, never guessed at.
You check it first
Nothing addeduntil you say so.
Everything found is laid out before anything is added. A record you already have is flagged, so nothing is doubled. Anything that needs a fix is marked, and you fix it in place. Then one button adds the lot.
And can take it back
Changed your mind?Undo the whole import.
An import can be undone in one go. What it added goes to the bin, where any record can still be brought back.
On every plan
Importing is included in every plan and in the free trial, which is the best time to do it. You never give us a password to the tool you are leaving: you bring the files, and you decide what goes in.
